About Paris Sandwiches
Paris Sandwiches is built on a foundation of quality, tradition, and a passion for authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
Our story began in 2008 with Paris Bakery, where we specialized in baking fresh French baguettes and supplying local restaurants and businesses throughout San Diego.
In 2021, we opened the first Paris Sandwiches location in Mira Mesa, bringing authentic Vietnamese bánh mì made with our own fresh-baked baguettes directly to the community. Today, we're proud to serve customers at three locations across San Diego County.
From our signature bánh mì and Vietnamese coffee to rice plates and vermicelli bowls, every meal is prepared fresh to order using quality ingredients and bread baked daily.
